Pipeline

Pipeline shows your people in columns, one column for each stage:

New → Contacted → Talking → Proposal → Won / Lost

• Drag a card to another column to change the stage. On a phone, open the card and change the stage at the top.
• Each column shows how many people it holds and the total value of their deals (if you type values).
• Add a new person in the box under the first column.

Change the stages

The stages are in your board file (settings.stages). To change them, ask your AI assistant, for example: “Change my Keeptrack stages to Lead, Call booked, Proposal, Won, Lost”. Old people keep their stage name until you move them.

The first stage is the stage for new people. The second stage is where a person goes when you first log a contact. Won and Lost are closed: those people are not shown on Today.
